HGLC - And billions and billions of naked short shares on top of that!

Oh! but you forget to give all the facts - let me update please,
HGLC was closed down by the past management ( company now defunct ) and stated the company was so insolvent - its not even worth filing BK

HGLC currently has BILLIONS and BILLIONS of illegal shares in the float sold by Prime Time before the SEC nailed them for security fraud

and an outstanding $325,000 fine by SEC = NOT PAID
