The Fact is that when ORRV was created the person you call a sleazeball. That CEO, has a permitted dive site in Key West. That CEO had more then 3 salvage boats. That CEO had a fully staffed office, diving equipment, divers house and diving crew.

The person that you say is a sleazeball. Sold ORRV to the current CEO, Scott Heimdal. The current CEO of ORRV. sold or lost all of the dive boats, trucks, dive equipment and permitted dive site. He did not pay "ANY" of his divers from the day he became CEO.

The only thing that the current CEO did was to get involved with the emerald treasure hunting scammer Jay Miscovich. We all know how that ended. A Federal Judge found the Emerald Find a "FRAUD" and the FBI is still investigating. As a Matter of "FACT", The FBI is still investigating ORRV's Old Operations Manager. Who was hired by ORRV's Current not CEO. LMAO
