Come on you really think that Paypal is going to buy a company that hasnt produced significant operational revenue or proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that their product can preform on a grand platform. For crying out loud they have been ordered given an order to cease trade in their own province of British Columbia!. Now they can't even get their proper filings in on time! This company can't even fulfill the most basic requirements of a publicly traded company and you think some big player is going to come in and sweep them off the ground. Give it a shake.
