GD, I haven't heard of anyone successfully being sued over the p&d that's was supposedly done by awesome penny stocks or select penny stocks. These two companies were named in a lawsuit last May or so but I haven't heard any news concerning this recently. Looks like only a court can determine if there was any wrong doing as these companies may have pumped the stock but it is every investors decision to buy or not. Truth be told don't trust anyone on a message board. There are many different agendas that's for sure. Wish I had done some in depth due diligence concerning goff inc maybe I would have seen the deception. However it was my choice to buy and then not sell. Live and learn! The stock continues to trade every day however and what for who knows. Yep just hold and maybe someday we get a little of our money back. Hmm maybe another mining company will buy their leases, if they even still own them. GLTU and all still holding shares!
