It was discovered that another company filed two 8Ks in May showing that Danny had invested $650,000 in that company. IENT shareholders were never informed that Danny departed IENT in Dec.

Yes that company's performance from 2012 is horrible but that means nothing since it is up 192.73% over the past 20 trading days since Danny merged his company into it, cleaned it up and is now in control.

IENT is down 94% over the past 200 days and trading volume is zero again today.
