Heron seems to be interested in some patent applications, and the patent applications seems not be be proven already. So Heron is likely in the position of proving the contents of the patents by application it to their own products.
If the patent applications seems useful to Heron, Heron will pay a considerable amount to Genta, covering Genta research activities in this field.
Who knows, it might turn out, that Genta gets some additional income from that.
