That might be the case mtc... but it could simply be people of tired of whatever is happening on the other side of the fence too...lost trust. all we can do is keep waiting...send grant email's...if that is still possible.

meanwhile... i keep hearing the jeopardy theme song everytime i log on...eventually the music will stop and we will get an answer.

i miss D... he was always insightful and pleasant to read his posts, ideas, and opinions. hopefully we get through it soon.
