I am having issues with level 2 this morning, in the left corner where the ticker appears it is showing "NO^TCEL" and I end up with a blank screen.


edit - I should add that its intermittent and after several tries I now have it opened properly again...I am missing the chart in the upper right hand corner but everything else seems to be working properly.
