Danny's employment contract with IENT was not signed until July and the merger was never completed. He was promised stock options that he never received. Many executives work "on the come".

JW resigned as CEO of IENT on Aug. 16, 1999!

And for those who are willing to wait to see if IENT files a FORM 10, it will be interesting to find out how many shares were issued for cash (dilution) and who owns the Preferred Series D shares.
