First SNOVF buys 80% rights for $65K, and the company they are buying it from is then going to sink $1.5M into the drilling as part of their 20% continuing interest. Believe that is what the PR is saying. Why bother to sell it at all?
Then as you state a lot of words relating to NORX. Where drilling a deeper vertical hole is just the start. Then you need the fracking. From memory the cheapest I've heard is just under $5M for a single well fracked. The larger players can easily afford a multi stacked fracked well. But can SNOVF? It's only real asset is the stock it sells to the market. Which was the same story for NORX.
The only interesting thing about SNOVF is that it's Canadian based, piggybacked onto the pinks. Which side of the border gets to suspend the stock? Either way, SNOVF will not be NORX's salvation.
