"Diamond in the rough" statement? Potential undervalued, potential for decent upside. (Usual meaning of the phrase).

What did I talk to IR Mike about? Basically all of the things that are portrayed here as "fantasy" or "fabrications".

Nothing earth shattering or "insider", just "this is 'what is what'". (Getting stock back from former management, audited fins in the future? ongoing product sales?)

Thanks for your concern, and for not jumping to conclusions that every communication with IR or management is "insider".
