I saw your message asking about the 10k. It somehow disappeared so I am using this older message to respond.

I also have to admit that I did not see this post you made earlier. Management released news last week that they are now out of the pilot phase and in production. They did $360,000 in revenue in April and the plant will be in full production in August.

Although not in the announcement it is not difficult to calculate that full production will exceed $600,000 in monthly revenue till the permit for the plant's actual capacity is granted. That will more than double production after that. Despite the delay and tough time they went through, this company is in a great position now and I want to one more time extend my invitation to you to please come to Chile as my guest and see for yourself what is going on.

As for the filings, the update last week was that the company will be fully up to date by the time the next Q is due. This means that the 10k for 2013 and both the first and second quarter Q's will be filed before August 15th. Please note that the officers and directors are smart and wealthy investors and would not keep investing in this project at a premium to the market if they did not have full faith in the deal.
