This from the horses mouth (znga leadership).
The company said at the time it planned to increase its board size after it had identified and elected new board members.

Zynga said Friday that its board is actively recruiting potential candidates, and that it expects to regain compliance with the listing rule in the coming months.

So in my humble opinion. This is the best time to buy. Even if the mm, the shorter want to scare week hands. If you/we get the opportunity...buy more cheap shares.
