Sammy786, I am new to this board and recently joined the rest of you as a new investor. I do agree with your post 100%.

Humbly said, I come from the corporate world and I know how things work.

What we will see is an immediate internal action to find replacement for the two directors that left. Imho we will get news that they found replacement and bam the stock will head north.

There is no way on earth that they will allow znga to delist for many reasons.

Imho I also believe this shuffle of directors is necessary as things became stagnant. New blood is always good.
