The Outdoor games were made for IENT and IENT has a copyright on the games as you can see on the web sites for over a year. That's a fact and any statements made contrary are false.

Claims in a lawsuit don't change that unless there was a court ruling. Violating copyright protections is a serious violation of law and can result in the offender paying damages to IENT. I doubt any company would violate IENT's copyright and risk paying damages.
