today announced that the Company has commenced audits on both the Top Sail and D&B acquisitions, and that there will be no increase in the number of authorized shares until the audits and amended filing has been declared effective. "Based on conversations with our attorneys, it is possible that there will be no share increase for 90 days", stated David Michery, CEO

The Board of Directors has announced that the Company will reduce the increase in authorized shares from 25 billion, as previously reported, to 10 billion, resulting in an increase of 5 billion shares for the future growth of the Company's medical marijuana operations.

The correct version of the Form 10-K, as evidenced in these restated financial statements, should have written off the intellectual property assets associated with the acquisitions of D&B Music, Inc. and Top Sail Productions, Inc


Get the sharestructure under control? OTC shows almost 5 billion outstanding. CEO stated (on 3/24) no icrease in Authorized shares until amended filing for Top Sail and D&B acquisitions completed (which was done on 6/3). On 4/4 he said authorized to "increase of 5 billion shares for the future growth of the Company's medical marijuana operations."

Well, we have the amended filing in place, it's been about 90 days, and we have made a bunch of deals that need funding. The 3BL shares added last Quarter paid off debt. So far, the CEO has kept his promises. Look for another 5BL shares to hit us anytime now?
