This date marks a new direction that DSCR undertakes to get into the Hemp/ MMJ market. DSCR along with Deer Park Development Corp. (wholly owned subsidiary) begin searching for ag-land to use for growing industrial hemp and medical cannabis.

DSCR signs Letter of Intent (LOI) with VPR Group, which in their additional information release (second link), is stated to be a private label distributor of VPR branded e-cigs/ vaporizers, as well as cartridges of CBD and THC potent oils, that can also be used in a wide variety of medical cannabis mediums such as edibles, drinks, and concentrates.
There hasn’t been much news of VPR Group since these two releases. There is speculation that VPR Group may be another current pink-sheet company; IGRW, further DD will be released on this as it is received. The IGRW CEO is the current CFO for DSCR.

I would like to also make it aware that when DSCR’s website was upgraded, that VPR Group also had a registered domain. Both domains are held by the same Registrant – please see below:

DSCR forms a Joint Venture (JV) with Syngar Technologies of Alberta Canada. Syngar is a bio-fuel company that has a patent on “Pulsed Low Ultra Sound Wave” or PLUSWave technology, which helps stimulate the growth of microorganisms, specifically in non-food grade cellulose to create fuel, much like ethanol from corn, but with hemp waste. DSCR will sell sub-licenses to the current Canadian hemp market to create this bio-fuel. On April 29th, DSCR’s JV with Syngar extends a license to Cellunol which grants access to Cellunol’s patented bio-fuel fermentation for all of the current and future hemp sector applicants (that are licensed by DSCR). With the JV with ANW Inc. in South Africa, provides DSCR the ability to make a portable low-cost, bio-fuel fermentation system. The April 30th PR shows anticipated revenues and operating costs. A typical 600 acre hemp farm can produce: $1,686,000 in revenues (per harvest), with operation costs of $557,000, yielding a net gain of $1,129,000. These figures do not include the potential additional gains from carbon tax credits.

DSCR announces that Dennis Killoran of Wainwright Alberta, Canada, will be DSCR’s primary hemp growing consultant. Dennis Killoran has is a current hemp grower and farmer, and helped to draft portions of the Health Canada Regulations (hemp licensing). With the Farm Bill in America, the expansion of hemp cultivation is expected to be huge.

DSCR announces that their JV project, AB Agro Technologies Inc., (AB Agro), was advised by Health Canada (hemp licensing board), that all requirements of their submitted application have been met and their hemp license A0068 to cultivate hemp should be processed this week. DSCR currently has 160 acres of land to grow hemp, not including other JVs or licensed partners. AB Agro has procured a high pedigree of hemp seeds called CRS-1, that are high yielding. DSCR also announced that the delay of their financials is due to the change in CPA firms, and in my opinion, is also due the two year look-back. DSCR claims that with this audit being completed, it should allow for reduced time with future audits and financials.


Extra Notes:
DSCR is the first pinksheet to be granted a license through Health Canada to cultivate hemp. DSCR is a multi-faceted company with many catalysts. I will continue to re-evaluate my position on DSCR, which is currently Long. I would like to throw a shout-out to Dar2Mis regarding the great find of VPR/ IGRW – although it isn’t concrete, it is still a good find. We look forward to receiving more information regarding that.
Financials are coming, which will clear the Yield Sign. So far we have seen reduction in outstanding shares, and although some bashers speculate there is dilution, we won’t know until we receive the financials. I do not believe that there has been or will be any dilution. Further, I expect DSCR to be a strong long term play, which will start moving once we receive more news that shows the benefits of the many efforts that DSCR is undertaking.
I will continue to update this and provide it, as this lists news of the bigger catalysts of DSCR – please note that some PR/ news bits have been omitted as I deemed them non-essential.
