take particular notice of the first *trade*
if legit bid actually gets filled .. it will become beyond obvious
when i post out the tape EOD

they are actually reduced to *feeds* @ the UC ask to *reset* via bid

but they are $struggling because legit bids are embedded that pull
their reserves >>

and they need to keep *reserve* markers for the Q's filing
(reminder >> goal >> is to reset that 6 month old 52 week low)

they have no idea when the Q gets filed .. nor do they know what
subsequent events may be noted in said filing

they can figure out based on PROXY filed when name/ticker and cusip
do get changed out ;)

and how fortuitous for some .. that the 3rd Q of FY 2014 gets underway 18 days from now :)
