This thing is going to 2 cents soon. It would still be a high risk at that point because DL, is trying to bankrupt PTSC.

I wouldn't doubt that PTSC IS SELL ING SHARES IT RECENTLY BOUGHT BACK. Or it is considering adding more to the float to stay alive.

Very risky right now.
