Just off the phone with the law firm of Dale and Eck. Only one "creditor" bid on Cereplast's assets; including patents. Hearing for sale most likely next week. Bid at 2.4 mil. Might go to 2.6. Anyone want to buy a bio plastic company? You can own one for 2.7. The firm is still evaluating the suit. The question being if they won the case could they even collect. The sale has been their priority. My perception of the conversation related to the suit was the firm is only looking through the lens of the secured creditors.
