The key words here are "unenforceable patent". The receiver can't
get blood out of a stone. As a corporation, Calypso Wireless was
nothing but a shell with ownership and rights to a patent which
is now apparently being freely used by other organizations who know
Calypso's claim has been defeated. At least one person has spent a
tremendous amount of cash in an attempt to right the sinking ship
and all for naught. Court appointed receiver with a duty to shareholders or not, we all might be better off placing our "hope"
in picking a winning lottery ticket then expecting some kind of
pay off from this venture. Sad, but I believe true. Best of luck
