I know these are the ambulance chasers. But I think more will follow



Like a shadow.

I was surprised years ago when a routine train wreck for a biotech of interest turned out to have far more than the usual outrageous pumping with attempt for market approval that was so messy it made Sam Waksal and girlfriends seem like models of decorum and smarts.

The biotech had no real choice, had to fight the lawsuits. And to my amazement won a total victory.

There will be a cost but probably a nuisance cost.

More meaningful is what the hell is this about? It sure seems secrecy is winning. The CIA or DOD or any other spooks should be trying to hire whoever is able to keep everything under wraps IMO.
