Suddenly, ATIG is not worried about SEC 'Freeze' legal action? Or, was the freeze just a way to take retail investor monies without going BK? Anyone planning on getting over .01/share reset on their holdings, if we unfreeze? Beginning to look like a freeze is another way to do a reverse split effect on retail investors? Anyone have any experience with a stock that 'un-freezes'?
A freeze still allows (a company) like ATIG to still have control of retail investors money during the trading freeze? Nice job SEC and stock exchange! Makes one get all fuzzy and warm . . . like DC having money for Ukraine, Syria, etc. . . . but not much for USA citizens (let them eat cake!).
We retail investors need to fund companies for what . . . this?
