It was a report on Patentability for ARGUS which basically said WSGI's claims were not patentable. What is it about the report that you don't understand Ren? WSGI made their claims to USPTO who completed an international search and reported their results. The results were not favorable to WSGI as virtually every claim was found to lack novelty or an inventive step over the intellectual rights of Kroplin and others.

Any patent requests based on these claims will be shot down based on USPTO's research.

But, I've got an open mind. Feel free to bring it to my attention when WSGI has an actual patent granted based on these claims.
