The only way this is ever going to go above .0001 is if you all cancel your GTC orders to sell your stock at .0001 Obviously someone is trying to accumulate a large number of shares for some reason but as long as there is such huge size on the offer at .0001 it will just sit at .0001.

You don't have to totally cancel your sell orders. You can just change them to higher levels such as .0003, .0005, etc.

Then the buyer will be forced to pay more if there is none available at .0001
