If they didn't give "rats" then what puzzles me is why they haven't sold the 1's that they have bids for... There are 16 million on the bid and 2 of which are 10k which are hidden bids. And they could have done this for the last several weeks.... and haven't

As for the 2M, that is surely negotiable. Something would be better than nothing imo
