On a company whose own annual report states it is already (and has always been) under.

That just had back-to-back R/S. Even OTC don't do that.

Any stock can be traded for a profit (or a loss). But please have reasonable expectations.

(A) Have very reasonable expectations; (B) Educate yourself and perform due diligence; (C) Don't enter without a strategic plan and target, for both best and worst case scenarios; and (D) Lead inward/outward and never follow.
