Not really, the offering is in fact priced well within the current market, I was expecting $3.50 a share as the worst case scenerio here. At $4 it isnt much of a discount from yeterdays close and the current trading range for the past 90 days. The market corrected from the $5 runup on this offering news and accordingly priced this 15%.
