Who buys 40% premium in $10m in stock above pps?
At this stage of phase 3.

An idiot who likes playing hold''m via equity market becuase he knows he get whipped in person? I'd like to think a guy who has $10m to blow would be genuine enough to make a donation to some charity of equal size or he disenguinous...If this ends up being the case; I will go out of my to find this guy and get a loan

It has to OR...my gut calls for offering of $2.40pps minimum...

In a personal note; I'm still not all in (so I'm not completely following my gut)
this is difficult for me; if it blows up I'm happy becuase I have a large position and made good money, but also will be a bit pissed becuase I want to time my all in perfect amd I haven't done so (all in) I'll be pissed I didn't go with my guy.
This bigger problem is that the scenario creates a second guessing mindset. Which is fine "in theory" but in reality it is more of validation....validation is mankinds worst enemy...

...sorry for the tangent but it is cvm related...2 years in the game and I have some clutter in the head that needs weeding.
