BigHorn951, some responses to respectfully consider...

First, read this post courtesy of alwayswinning:

Second, read this post courtesy of blindjohn:

Now read my response to your comments... Respectfully, just because you don't believe such doesn't mean that it isn't true. They have a Master Grower by the name of Andrew Loudes with over 27 years of experience in California with both inside and outside growing. Respectfully, unless you have this kind of experience, I think I will go by what he says... see below:

Also, I respectfully disagree with your downplay on the growth of the two strains that they mentioned to be growing; OG Kush and Sour Diesel strains. If anyone would Google OG Kush and Sour Diesel strains marijuana, your thoughts would be proven inconsistent as both strains are very popular and are still in high demand. We’ll just have to agree to disagree again.

Also, I did do some DD on how California medical marijuana is regulated. There is no such thing as a "cultivation license" under California law. You can read from the sites below to see how some unethical California Doctors were trying to charge clients extra for so-called "cultivation licenses" for certain entitlements that were proven to not be valid. Again… There is no such thing as a "cultivation license" under California law.:

I think your inquiry of “where is their California License” speaks volumes to your DD delivered. Again, by California Law, they don't need a license to grow marijuana in California. Read below what I posted earlier about the issue:

Mrkashmier, to add, with an MJ License already...

Apparently for them to be already growing marijuana, they already have the process intact for them to already be partners with the California Collective and Cooperative Corporation. In California, this is equivalent to having a MJ License in other states. In order to grow marijuana in California, it's not a MJ License that one must try to obtain. You have to be a part of the California Collective and Cooperative Corporation before you can even begin to grow it. Emerald Med Farms, the wholly owned subsidiary of QEDN, is part of this group. This is huge in my opinion as it positions the company to begin to generate revenues.

I recommend all to do a little research on the State of California Senate Bill 420 that was passed by the California State Legislature and signed into law in 2003. These two links of due diligence (DD) will help as a start from the Emerald Med Farms website:
