Who are these so called "selected, privilege stockholders"?

Are you suggesting, by answering their phones and saying that the company is doing fine and that there have been some sales since the last PR (without giving any specific details) that they are doing something wrong?

And, further, what investor put their money in a company based on words over telephone lines? I think most people on this board researched the technology - which is sound - and invested based on risk vs reward because THIS IS A PENNY STOCK.

Lastly, contacting a company is every shareholders right. An investor who chooses to never check on ones investment, especially during slow news times, is someone who probably shouldn't be commenting on a board related to that company because they are offering nothing in the way of information. Just opinion...
