Yes Holter, that's the logical connection. The once CEO of this company is now paying the men, that promoted this company, via the shares from a new company. The written report that's been cited has the names listed ... and that's only part of what ties these companies together.

Maybe it's a coincidence and nobody knew the other was involved and it's an honest mistake and it got out of hand and that they are sorry and really they just want us to all have fun. No hard feelings.
