Janice much respect for your knowledge (and no I don't fix suspensions as someone else touted)....isn't it possible for nybd to effect an asset purchase of the assets of ptog and circumvent any approval process

I don't see finra needing to approve anything....the assets would have to be audited within 72 days and submitted to the sec but where do you think finra comes in?
