If I understand this, ACC will be R/M's into BIMI, but the ACC name will remain. I do not believe are shares are being split. It appears the split info in the filing is for ACC shares being exchanged for BIMI. If correct, that would just mean extra O/S, but not an additional R/S.

That being said, it may be a little late in the game for the Pot Stock move. That sector seems to have run its course for now. I guess it could heat up again?
