The restaurant opening process consists of basic tactical completion work and would not be accepted as "press release" worthy.

The parts arrived for the grill. One part was not the correct one so the tech repair person will return next Tuesday.

Phones, fax and internet will be connected tomorrow. Printer/copier/fax machine has been purchased and installed.

Security glass should arrive early next week.

Security cameras will be installed Wednesday.

Once the vital floor seams are repaired I will schedule the health inspection.

Walk in cooler repaired.

Walk in freezer repaired.

HVAC (Two systems) repaired.

Ice machine repaired.

Fryers repaired.

Locks changed and reinforced.

Exterior lights installed.

Point of Sales system is being programmed. Training will have to be scheduled after the menu, prices and recipe batch files are programmed.

One other point. The windows will remain boarded until I install the security cameras.

Looks like the boards may be coming off the windows next week guys!
