From the press release:

International Automated Systems, Inc. [IAUS.PK] has agreed to terms that will give the company an exclusive license to a patented, Dynamic Voltage Controller (DVC) technology expected to make these possibilities a reality.

Now, WHY would somebody who patented such an amazing technology give exclusive rights to that technology to International Automated Systems ... a company with a long history of failure?

Answer:

Because the person who patented the technology happens to be Neldon P. Johnson.

Check out patent #7,705,560 at: http://www.iausenergy.com/Patents/index.html

Note, in particular, the section titled "LEGAL EVENTS". They recently (March 6, 2014) paid a surcharge for being late with the patent maintenance fee .

Also, in that same section, the owner of the patent is:

"N. P. JOHNSON FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP,UTAH"

This is just more of the same stuff we have learned to expect from IAS.

Sure is a pretty day.
