Company has to get rid of the global lock and get the stock trading.
Bailey has attorneys working on getting this done, and I've seen and posted submitted documents, but it's going on 2 years now (August, 2012)
They just might be able to get around the lock by either merging with another corporation, or by uplisting to the OTC by purchasing a "clean" shell corporation (that could be expensive)
We'll see........
