In my opinion, she doesnt have the legal know how on how to buy back her company because the shareholders have the rights to her current products under the kimberly parry name. She is not legally allowed to close shop in order to reuse the products under the current name..

She has been receiving funds and will continue to receive funds by stealing from and decieving shareholders. With no shareholder support, the best she would get out before .0001 again maybe another 5k-10k at best. Then she and her employees will starve and ill be a bit happier.
