This is a way for ATIG to foster online paid gambling without going with Native Casinos? Interesting idea . . . will Native Casinos and Adelson like this?

Not sure if it legal in USA to bet on facebook internationally?
What have I not understood herein . . . what do you folks think is really happening here? Right out of the blue ATIG drops this on us investors . . . help me to understand.

Are only international customers (of ATIG) able to bet this way?
This is cleared with USA states and USA government? Or, does this mean one can bet in USA from Native Casino lands?
