Jayyy, I do understand your concern that a lot of people who got stock at very low prices will dump it as soon as the price goes up. Well, some people will dump as soon as they can for some quick bucks, but remember that a lot of these were private placements and I am told that individuals cannot sell for a designated period of time, 1 year I believe.

Now, I think your concern would be valid for a worthless company with no future where the price spikes and then people sell for a quick profit. Now remember, Roth in my opinion, is not in that category because they have several very positive things going for them:
- a proven product (Sucanon)
- a major market (Mexico)
- actual sales and a great distributor (IMO)
- rising sales due to serious advertising
- a good management team (IMO)

If the company has real value and lots of potential then I believe the fact that some stockholder have stock they got at a bargain basement price is meaningless. Here is an example to explain why I don't think they will sell en mass:

Say you and I are at a garage sale and there are 2 antique Chine vases. I buy one for $10, but you are more shrewd than I buy the other one for $1. Now, we find out later that these vases are from the Muckamuck Dynasty and are worth $10,000 each. I won't sell my vase for $10 (1,000% profit - not too bad!), but maybe you would sell yours for $10 (10,000% profit - even better!)

I don't think so! Essentially, we BOTH got the vases for FREE. We will not be parting with our vases just to make a few quick bucks.
