ELCR - Well I'd actually build a production prototype for starters (not just a revamp conversion car) and tour it across every car show in USA & Canada. Documenting a daily Go Pro Style video for Youtube and include travel savings compared to gas for starters. Get some viral going.
Get some celebrity backing wouldn't hurt also.
The irony here is once the car was built It actually wouldn't be that expensive to do a media campaign documentary style cause your traveling in an ELECTRIC CAR and the biggest single expense wouldn't be gas it would be PR.

Those Limo Land guys ELCR'S handlers, aren't focused on ELCR at all and if they are they sure aren't telling anyone.
If you Google the facility and look at the production line they have most of what they need to do this already and have shown in the their past electric conversions but the project may have run out of gas
(pun intended) I really hope not but there are no indications otherwise.

ELCR NEEDS A BOOST! SOMEONE GET THE JUMPER CABLES!
