Who are the principals?
Zachary Wernli, President & CEO: Having served as Vice President of his college and President of it's lobbyist organization chapter, Mr. Wernli has been managing teams and organizations for years. Mr. Wernli became founder and CEO of two companies in the tech sector, Social Search Network LLC which specialized in the autonomous aggregation of relevant data using natural language processing and Uponafind which reverse engineered Google, Ask and Bing bringing the user personal results based on preference and personality. Mr. Wernli has extensive experience in managing programs and operating organizations. Mr. Wernli has high aspirations in entrepreneurialism, with strong passions in thinking outside the box, venture capital, disruptive technologies and alternative energy.

Billy R Smith, Director: Bill Smith has been successful in taking two companies public, XcelPlus International Inc (XLPI) and XcelPlus Global Holdings, Inc (XPGH) today trading as CPWY. Mr. Smith has been in the business development field since his youth and has built several million dollar companies. Mr. Smith has founded dozens of start up companies, providing jobs, technologies and revenues across 6 countries which have prepared Mr. Smith for this project and the global potential that is needed for this project. Mr. Smith has experience in all aspects of establishing, maintaining and expanding a product line as well as cross cultural management skills. Mr. Smith has dealt with the head of the EPA, the congressional biofuels committee and various senators in Washington, DC related to alternative energy. Mr. Smith's experience gives him unique insight as to how to implement HoD technology and the realistic obstacles getting there.

Who makes up the team?
Total-Fuels, Rodd Hoffman, John Desalus, Future Glory Enterprises & CEL.
This team has experience in fuel performance technologies, Electrical Engineering, Marketing and Sales, ASE Automotive Master Mechanic, Jet engine mechanic, Laser metal fabrication, metal forming, parts manufacturing, CAD, Solar systems, governmental approvals, Fuel Systems, EPA certification, CARB certification, Global distribution, reverse mergers, capital formation, Investor relations, graphics, web design, aircraft piloting, most are outside of the box thinkers. More will be added.

What is the association with XcelPlus?
XcelPlus is a Nevada corporation traded on the OTC markets that has been dormant since 2007. The company was in the energy reducing lubricants business with offices in the US, Thailand, Singapore and Shanghai. The business went dormant when the alternative energy interests moved away from the ethanol industry. The company originally imported technology from Brazil and then from a US manufacturer that enabled cars to become FlexFuel as an aftermarket add-on, (one reason why we know how to deal with EPA and congress). It has always been the intent of XLPI to be a leader in alternative energy technologies business and is likely to acquire NOW Enterprises Inc. in the future.

Where are you located?
We are a Virginia corporation with our headquarters and product development center located in Gloucester Va. When NOW Enterprises Inc. is acquired in the future, our proprietary designation will become a Nevada Corporation.

How will you manufacture the products?
We will use numerous manufacturers to produce the various components, ensuring no one source has all the pieces of the puzzle. Assemblage will be in a to be determined place for shipment to our national and international dealer network.

How will you distribute the products?
We will use a dealer distribution network that will have territories to cover of approximately 25,000 people. They will be taught how to work with installers in the Heating, automotive, recreational vehicle and other HoD relevant businesses in their area. They may become installers themselves as well. Internationally we will seek out the appropriate partners to cover either parts of or an entire country. Our dealers may be individuals, corporations, car dealerships, heating and air companies.

Who will test and or certify the products?
We will procure approvals from the appropriate testing and approval facilities such as UL, CARB, EPA, Intertek and others.

Will you be hiring?
Yes, we will be hiring office staff, CAD designers, prototype makers, manufacturing companies, mechanics, HVAC technicians, Aircraft mechanics, as well as mechanics for all types of recreational vehicles, Engineers, technicians, and various types of support staff.

B.) HoD Technology:

Who is Stan Meyers?
Stan Meyers (now deceased) was the original developer of the Water Fuel Technology that has been brought into this decade. This technology uses laser light to create an electromagnetic field and high frequency, low amperage pulse energy to release the hydrogen from its oxygen bonds in water. No catalyst is needed. Patents were issued in the US, Canada, Europe, and Japan. He worked on many other systems as well.

Past and Present?
The technology we are basing our HoD system on started in the 1970's and stopped with the passing of the technologies developer, Stan Meyer. We are bringing the technology in to the NOW for today's markets. We are adapting the HoD Systems to todays oil fired, propane and natural gas home heating systems. We anticipate to eventually convert heat pump systems as well. We are also working to adapt the technology to todays modern automobile OBD, ECM controlled vehicle managements systems and believe our team is strategically prepared and qualified to do so.

When can I get a HoD conversion kit?
We anticipate being able to start home heating conversions in the winter of 2014 to early 2015 while we should have automotive conversion kist ready for installation in mid 2014 to early 2015.

How is it possible to produce hydrogen from water?
A common technique is electrolysis whereby an electrical current is passed through water and hydrogen is released. The problem is obtaining and controlling the flow of hydrogen at a sufficient level and still be able to power a motor vehicle at varying speeds and load demands. Over all, electrolysis is not feasible as it requires huge amounts of energy to produce low amounts of hydrogen, thus making the system ineffective. While Stan Meyer's Water Fuel Technology and our HoD technology use high frequency, pulsed electrical energy, it is not conventional electrolysis; He claimed to have a small airplane and automobile running on 100% water. The validity of these claims should be soberly and strongly considering patent offices issued Stan numerous patents for his inventions under section 101. BitLaw, by Daniel A. Tysver of the patent law firm Beck & Tysver, states that the useful requirement of section 101 of the U.S Patent Act declares that “the (patent) subject matter must be "useful." The term "useful" in this connection refers to the condition that the subject matter has a useful purpose and also includes operativeness; that is, a machine which will not operate to perform the intended purpose would not be called useful, and therefore would not be granted a patent. In most cases, the usefulness requirement is easily met in computer and electronic technologies.”

We believe Stan Meyers found the way and just as Thomas Edison was scoffed at for attempting to make a light bulb, HoD technology is often also misunderstood. Fortunately for society today, Edison did not listen to the nay sayers. Neither will we.

Do you need a catalyst in the water?
No.

What kind of water do I need?
HoD systems can use untreated tap, well and city water.

Do I have to filter the water?
We will have a filtration system built in to remove any sizable contaminants that can stop up the system.

Is this plasma, artificial leaf, E-Cat,Cold Fusion or other technology?
Since 2007 we have been looking for the secret to hydrogen. We have looked into the artificial leaf system, a plasma system from Russia, cold fusion and various other ways of hydrogen production and they all fell short. This is something completely different all together.

Is this Firepointe?
KC followers: It seems there are multiple unique things Kim has spoken of. No we are not Firepointe, Per KC seems to be pointing to a computing system with ludicrous speeds. It it possible this is quantum computing. Why do you believe KC may be referring to your technology?

Firstly, we will not assume anything. We simply want to look at the facts, organize them for you, and allow you to make your own educated decision. We would encourage you to conduct your own research and not to make any decisions based on this alone .
Kim separately mentions a new form of energy, a company with “X” and “P” in his March 15, 2011 den article. He also makes this statement when referring to the lion and the leaf (Elijah List, November 9, 2011): As I took the picture, there was a lion in the background. It is a portion of this key that God is giving. It's not yet been released, but it seemed like it started around 2010 and it will become a very powerful public company, but it's not at that stage yet. That's why I'm asking you as the Warriors to take note of these things. Research, search, send in, help each other as a community and watch how God's going to take you out of debt. Take you out of debt! We're not just watching for God to drop money out of Heaven. He's giving us keys; He's giving wisdom.

C.) Heating Systems:
Oil Heater?
We are working to commercialize a direct replacement for the fuel oil guns in boilers and oil fired furnaces.

Propane?
We are working to commercialize a direct replacement for the propane fired heating part of your propane heat system. It is our intention for this system to be as convenient of a conversion as possible.

Natural Gas?
We are working to commercialize a direct replacement for the natural gas fired heating part of your heat system. We will try and make it as much a plug and play system as possible.

Heat Pump?
Unfortunately we have not established methods to convert a heat pump system at this time. We are interested in doing so in the future.

Tax Incentives?
The IRS and many states offer tax incentives for energy effective heat systems. There are also tax benefits to converting cars to being energy efficient. Stay in touch we will keep you posted as we press for more incentives for our clients. Be sure to check with your state to see what they offer as well as the IRS website.

D.) Automotive:

Will the water freeze?
The original Water Fuel Technology system kept the water in the fuel tank from freezing by exciting the electrons of the water with extremely low levels of power used by a steam resonator. This steam resonator also runs with the car off and will allow you to drive in the winter or in areas where the external temperature drops below freezing.

What kind of mileage can I expect?
A gallon for gallon hydrogen and gasoline comparison shows that hydrogen puts out 3 times the energy potential than that of gasoline. Exact projection cannot be made at this time, however HoD fuel systems will have a higher MPG than petroleum based engines.

Will this rust my engine?
The one problem Stan admitted that this system had was that the steam exhaust can potentially rust the muffler over an extended period of time. This can be overcome by replacing it with a stainless steel muffler. HoD conversion kit parts will be made from non-corrosive materials.

Isn’t this just an electrolysis unit claiming to boost mileage?
No this a complete fuel source not a booster. HoD systems produce enough hydrogen on demand to completely power your vehicle just like gasoline. The technologies from companies that advertise HoD systems that boost fuel mileage are not comparable to the technology in our systems.

Can I use this on a diesel car or truck?
Diesel and truck engines will have conversion kits designed for them after the car conversion kits are tested and proven.

What about OEM car manufacturers?
We will not be approaching OEM car manufacturers at this time as our focus is the existing 200 plus million cars already on the road.

E.) Aircraft:
Is this technology FAA accepted and tested yet?
No. We need to acquire various aircraft to develop aircraft specific conversion kits. We would like to convert and throughly test HoD aircraft to validate our claims and then pursue FAA acceptance testing. We will have on staff the proper mechanics to work on the aircraft for testing. We are open to considering donations of aircraft for testing, in exchange for some contractual agreement.

Will this work on turbine helicopters?
HoD systems will produce enough hydrogen to power a turbine aircraft. This will be on the agenda of the FAA program being developed.

Will this work on turbo prop aircraft?
Yes we will be working on a King Air as an experimental for turbo props. A Piaggio will also most likely be assessed for diversity.

Will this work on jet engines?
HoD systems will be developed to power jet engines, while Safety and FAA acceptance for this industry will be pursued.

Will this work on my piston driven aircraft?
Yes. HoD piston driven aircraft operate in a similar manner to HoD piston driven automobile systems. We will be able to convert gasoline powered aircraft engines to hydrogen. The FAA time constraints still apply as the aircraft systems will be safe and reliable.

F.) Dealership Program:

What is the dealership program?
Our dealership program is being developed to help market our product lines through individuals, corporations, businesses and other entities in order to commercialize HoD technology quickly, in a decentralized manner. The dealership program has segmented the country into territories of a population base of 25,000 people. HoD dealers will receive HoD technologies at a significantly discounted rate, at which point they will distribute HoD technology into their region. Individuals interested in becoming dealers will pay an over all dealership fee of $50,000, however we are only requiring an initial deposit of $5,000. 5% of all dealer profits will be taken by the company in order to pay back the remaining $45,000. This enables dealers to get into a very lucrative business with little money up front.

What else will dealers receive or need?
Dealer cars will be wrapped with our HoD graphics package, which will be available at local graphic shops. Dealers will also receive brochures and other sales and marketing materials. Dealers will be trained through webinars, hands on seminars and manuals related to marketing and selling to car dealerships, auto repair shops, heating, air contractors and the alike. We also will optionally offer training in HoD system installation.

How much support will I get?
As much as you need. We have already built dealerships in several countries with other products. We know the ropes and how to help those who really want to succeed. We cannot make you succeed if you don't have the drive, ambition, stamina or capacity to run your own business. We are looking for those with a passion.

How long do I have to get started?
Your deposit secures your distribution territory. We are currently growing our company into maturity and anticipate having the resources to scale our dealership program sometime in 2014.
