James West, Midas Letter (5/20/14) "It's not like Balmoral Resources Ltd. needed another outstanding discovery to be one of the best candidates for a takeover in the Canadian mining scene. But today's announcement confirming high-grade intercepts at the company's relatively new Grasset Nickel project in Québec has added a layer of polymetallic icing that now makes Balmoral the hottest play in Canada bar none."

What are the next steps for Balmoral management?

Drill, drill, drill – this style of mineralization typically allows for very quick evaluation – as an example Sirius in Australia has gone from discovery to feasibility in just over 2 years – so get the drills out and outline the scale and scope. In the background there is 16, largely untested, kilometres of this intrusion to evaluate outside the mineralized area we know of.

How does the progress you are making at Grasset impact plans on the Martiniere gold property in Quebec?

Have to admit this is one of the more fun “problems” I have had to deal with. Two high-grade discoveries in different metals at the same time located 40 kilometres apart.

How much money does the company have to fund exploration at Grasset and Martiniere?

Currently just over $7.0 million in cash with another $2.0 million dollars of in-the-money warrants which are trickling in so we are funded, nearly ready to roll the drills back out on both fronts and looking forward to what will be a very exciting summer for our shareholders.
