Yes, and the Houston office is virtual

Yes, the Las Vegas office (and the building shown on the Dewmar home page) is the offices of Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc, at 101 Convention Center Drive, Suite 700, Las Vegas, NV

The Houston Office at 801 Town and Country, Suite 300, Houston, TX is a Regus Business Center, which means that Dewmar's office there is virtual. Note that though the physical building number is 800, not 801, and the photos of the building on the Regus site and Dewmar's show the same building (the Dewmar photo of the building is in the second photo in the "slider" on the top of the home page).

Additionally, the office at 132 E. Northside Drive, Suite C in Clinton, MS, is located in one of the two buildings in this photo:

Everything on Dewmar's site, down to the photo of the boardroom and the statue of the bull on Wall Street, is designed to make people think the company is big and well-established, but its a facade, a "Potemkin village", if you will.

Finally, regarding Megas and Dewmar, I think that when the company's split in 2012, Moran took the Dewmar name for his new company, and Mirador/Dewmar changed its name to Megas.

Megas is probably trying to keep the SEC off its back by issuing financials. They don't want to see their listing go to the greys.
