Q: Is Potbotics part of EVDR
A: No. Potbotics is owned by a Russioan group. They are looking for a MJ shell to vend into. We gave them few but EVDR was not one of them as EVDR has a nasty DTC chill.
Q: Can you please look at these questions or description of EVDR as posted on IHUB and answer each and every one of them PLEASE!

1) EVDR is sold as of a month ago………………. Correct
2) We don't know if that means EVDR the company or EVDR the shell ………… EVDR is a shell. We sold it as a shell status co.
3) Mergernetworks description of EVDR say it is not classified as a shell ………..??? No that’s not true. We have a bunch of listings there and we furnish buyers with a due diligence list. EVDR is a shell.
4) Past OTC filings say EVDR merged with 2 companies, supposedly only 1 went through, Dr. Vibot ……………….. Those mergers were rescinded.
5) Investors were lead to believe initially EVDR was merging with PinpointGPS due to the same physical address of both companies ………………??? Are you serious? Pinoint rents our our old office building on Spectrum Ave. They have absolutely nothing to do with EVDR. They are a new tenant that’s all.
6) MMG, the Seller of EVDR, also resided at that same physical address until a short while ago till PinpointGPS took over that physical address ……………… Yes but what does that have to do with EVDR? That’s our rental place that we subletted out! EVDR is just a client of ours!
7) A bizapedia summary of Pinpoint said data was updated on April 17, 2014 leading investors to believe this had to do with EVDR ………………..???? Whatever that bizopedia is? We have o clue what that thing is?
8) A search of WY SOS and EVDR shows no updates ………………….. What do you mean? It’s a defuncted company. State fees need to be paid and brought current, then the DTCC Chill ten OTC Guideline’s have to be met.
9) Sierra issues an alert on May 13th that Fanuc will be purchasing EVDR and will close sometime over the next 60 days ………………….. We don’t know who or what this is?
10) A bizapedia summary of Potbotics will also show an update on April 17, 2014, now lessening the chance that #7 had to do with EVDR ………………….. We don’t know who or what this is?
11) A quick google search reveals Potbotics is associated to Dr Vibot, a company that merged previously with EVDR ……………….OMG you guys are on a treadmill there! Potbotics is a separate entity has nothing to do with EVDR
12) Not only is Dr. Vibot a coincidence, but 2 former managers of EVDR are now running Potbotics, Boris Goldstein and Robert Shiver …………………….. They are the inventors and financiers. They have noting to do with EVDR. They are long gone
13) Potbotics issues a PR saying they are going to reverse merge with a penny stock in March, around the same time that EVDR has confirmed to be sold ……………………………. Yes they are looking fir a shell but its NOT EVDR. We ran it by them they said NO!
14) Potbotics confirms via email that they are going to reverse merge by Labor Day, 2014 ……………………….. Yes we are looking to put them in either KNSC or NHSN they are looking fir financing now
15) Potbotics website reveals the launch date of Potbot is July 14, 2014 ………………OK I guess
16) Potbotics claims that in 2012 through a merger, the same year EVDR merged with Dr. Vibot, that PotBotics gained key assets for PotBot’s artificial intelligent applications ……………………. OK and how does that relate to EVDR?
What's Next
1) IMHO we see EVDR change SOS states from WY to FL (sunbiz.org) …..Ok??
2) Upon reactivating EVDR in FL we should see a name change to Potbotics and a list of managers named; Boris Goldstein and Robert Shiver. …………….OK now you are grasping at straws
3) Shortly thereafter EVDR should bring their disclosures up to date, including reclassifying the company as a medical development company, and rid the caveat emptor status on pinksheets.com …………………….. Really? LOL okay if you say so
4) Unleash the PR's ………………………??? On what? Nothing is done yet and if any Prs go out on Potbotics it will not be on EVDR. EVDR was bought by a group of lawyers who will clean it up remove the chill and start looking for a merger or a buyer. You are talking 24 to 36 months from now. Please dont get caught in this hype Potbotics and then blame it on us EVDR has ZERO to do with Potbotics. We told this to many many people who inquired on the MMG ticket system
