NOBO lists include the name and address of the beneficial owner along with the number of shares beneficially held as of the date of the list.

NOBO lists do not include telephone numbers, email addresses or the the broker used.

Anyone receiving an email from PVEC IR to "verify" their address would likely have sent their contact information to PVEC when Kerry was requesting it a few weeks ago. This should not be necessary if a NOBO list for the record date was timely ordered.

IMO, PVEC intends to send only a small portion of the certs that were legitimately due on the record date, if they send any at all. People who have personally contacted the company may eventually receive a Series C certificate, but I believe these certs will eventually prove to be worthless for the many reasons I have already posted.
