IMO...they see the light and are waiting for a fairer valuation.

I also believe Sam has an outstanding relationship with these note holders and they are willing to give a little to get this company fairly valuated.

But best to ask this question to Sam...as I'm just speculating as to why.

Also, some note holders are currently converting, note the approx. 8% rise in O/S this Q.

There could be even more conversion but they are limited to 10% of the daily volume. And you can't convert big shares when your 90-day vol is 22K.

For whatever reason...this new extension agreement is better for IVFH! (IMO)
