Well..here is where we disagree. IR and other insiders who are rewarded in stock performance "leak" information instead of providing material disclosure information for one goal..to get the stock pumped so that insider shareholders who hired that IR person can cash out usually at a zero cost base. Not fair to people who own a higher than zero.
