Slojab, I guess the bottom line is, I don't know one pink sheet company that doesn't include safe harbor statements in every pr they put out. These pink sheet companies all retain legal counsel also. I would think they would know if it was good practice or not.

If safe harbor statements are useless for pinks, as you seem to be suggesting, why would they all use them?

I can't find any information suggesting it doesn't cover pink sheet stocks.

Maybe you aren't understanding what safe harbor-forward looking statements are. And why all these pink sheets companies use them with their press releases_
