Anyone have any idea why is Spencer suing Amyot & Hilbroy in Quebec Superior Court ?

Does Spencer have a lawyer ?

Amyot's Quebec lawyer says he no longer represents Amyot and La Presse couldn't get a hold of the US lawyers representing Amyot according to La Presse:

L'avocat qui représentait Jean-François Amyot est Marc-André Boutin, de la firme Davies Ward Phillips&Vineberg. En milieu d'après-midi, hier, il disait toujours représenter M. Amyot et ne voulait pas faire de commentaires. Toutefois, en fin d'après-midi, il nous a rappelé pour nous dire qu'il avait joint M. Amyot, mais que ce dernier lui avait dit qu'il n'était plus son avocat. Nous n'avons pu joindre le nouvel avocat de M. Amyot, aux États-Unis.

So who is signing the legal papers for Spencer ?
